The Valens Institute ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ValensAlign Ecosystem. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the clinical and administrative data entrusted to us.
We collect administrative data strictly necessary to operate the ValensAlign tools (L.O.R.A. Scheduler, Growth Logs, and CMO OS). This includes physician names, contact emails, roles, and submitted formative feedback data. We do not collect Personal Health Information (PHI) or patient-identifiable data.
Data is used exclusively to provide administrative scheduling and evaluative aggregation for your specific hospital department. Feedback logs are transmitted securely to authorized departmental administrators (e.g., Chief Medical Officers).
ValensAlign utilizes industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) during transmission and relies on enterprise-grade cloud architecture for secure storage. Access to the CMO Executive OS requires specific departmental credentials and PIN verification.
